Niels Muller is guest speaker at our Battery On Wheels conference, October 31st, Breda. Niels assists clients in finding sustainable solutions for the ever changing (global) tax environment. He works on a wide range of domestic and cross border (financing) transactions, tax policy matters and deals, primarily in energy, utilities and sustainability context.
Niels his presentation gave us insights about the fiscal and regulatory matters of V2X, the bidirectional charging of an electric vehicle. Niels focusses on suitable legislation – or the current lack of it – for the advanced V2X technology. Since legislation hasn’t been updated yet, a lot of questions rise. One of them is the new role of the EV drivers. Are they becoming energy producer and if so, do general rules apply?
